Women's Festival Party Collection

WOMEN'S FESTIVAL CLOTHING

Cult Bravery specializes in women's parties and festival clothing. Savvy shoppers have always gravitated towards vintage and small-run suppliers like us to get us something unique and interesting, without breaking the bank, for a festival or party. We are always looking to bring you the best vintage festival clothing and vintage-inspired pieces from different eras, especially the ones that are often inspirations for era-based party themes.

For parties, we always have in stock plenty of choices for flapper, art deco and roaring 20’s parties. Our range of dresses includes tassels, sequins and intricate beading, in an array of metallic colours as well as basic black and bright jewel tones. You can accessorise the look with our long pearls, which can be knotted under the chest like the flappers famously wore them. A new addition to our selection is a hand-beaded capelet with scalloped edging, which you can find on our website. This is a very chic layer you can add to achieve the 1920’s look, and team it with high-waisted cigarette pants and a chignon. We also have an array of long satin gloves, cigarette holders and flapper headbands with feathers in our stores.

For the fellas, we have a great range of extra-wide suspenders, including buttonhole suspenders, which are quite hard to find these days. Teamed with an old pair of suit pants, the 20’s man look is easily achieved. Another speciality we have in store is a large range of gangster-style felt hats, some with pinstripes and some with feathers. One of our best-selling party and festival tops is the ever sexy and fresh glomesh halter top, which we stock in gold, silver, black, red and a purple/green anodised tone. These are small grids of metal, linked to create a fluid mesh. They are lined with satin so feel soft against your skin. They have a cowl neck and thin straps to go around your neck and across your back. These are often worn for 1970’s disco and studio 54 parties, or for a 1980’s glamour look. Other items we sell online that go with this look are satin shorts, Barbarella go skirts, our stretch sequin skirts and lurex jumpsuits.

Our range of accessories is geared towards parties and festivals. We have a large range of unique buckled and lace corset belts, bum bags, and statement earrings that cover every theme you’ll ever be thinking of, from Art deco, the 1950s through to the 1990’s smiley face earrings, trashy and fun novelty earrings.

Cult Bravery has always had a big focus on festival outfits or festival wear. These days, the demand is low because so many festivals and big events have been cancelled. In stores, we have a huge sparkles section, filled with bejewelled bustiers and corsets, sequin lace-up shorts, showgirl feather costumes, catsuits, rainbow leggings and lots of plastic fantastic options. In the vintage department, we get inspired by the original music festival in the 1970s, that is Woodstock. Hardy and earthy materials like suede and fur work great for some bush doof, as well as thick wool ponchos and goose-lined Eskimo jackets. These are amazing, rare Canadian jackets from the 1970s that have faux fur outside, always a hood and an Eskimo native pattern trim. Inside is like a duvet, its goose feather, which is the lightest, warmest and loftiest of all feathers used in this application.

Festival Clothing Australia

Of course, vintage denim is always a great option for a festival, whether it be a vest or jacket, Sherpa fur-lined or with an applique applied. We supply a large range of Levis, Lee and Wrangler denim, which are 3 of the Great American Classics. Popular styles include corduroy sherpa-lined jackets, and sexy little denim vests, which are often distressed and punked-up or have a custom patch on the back. With festival clothes like this, at a festival it doesn’t matter if it gets a bit of dirt on them, it just adds to its story and character.

We’re always finding new layering items such as our range of sheer lace stretchy tops, which you can mix and match with anything. Wear it under a corset or a rock tee, wear it sheer with a bra for a more spicy look, or under a festival dress for a bit of extra warmth and texture.

Cult Bravery loves supplying our customers with unique, fabulous festival clothing for their parties and festivals and continues to find new and exciting on-point threads, even if we have to stay at home for now.
